What you can contact us about#

• A quote for our setup service. Contact us for a quote. We quote for each client after a short scoping call. We do not publish prices. See the setup page.
• An industry review. If you work in one of the industries on our industries page, tell us which one. For restoration contractors, you can ask to book a review.
• A refurbished laptop. Each item in our shop can be enquired about. Tell us which one.
• A mistake or a question about a scorecard. If you think a result is wrong, tell us which laptop and which job. We will look at it and, if we find a problem, we will re-test and note the change. See how we test.
• Press, partnerships and everything else.

What to put in your message#

For a setup quote:

• The laptop you have, or whether you need one.
• The jobs you want to do, such as summarising documents, replying to customers or pulling data from invoices.
• How many machines you need set up.
• Your industry, if you work in one of the ones we list.

What not to send#

Please do not email sensitive documents in your first message. If you want us to review documents, we will first agree how to handle them, in writing.
